The rules you agree to by using the Rotori app and Rotori Pro subscription. We keep this short; subscription and cancellation terms follow Apple App Store rules.

By downloading and using Rotori, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Rotori is a mobile app that helps you plan a trip to Japan: a day-by-day itinerary, hotel/flight/ticket tracking, offline guide content, and optional AI-assisted features (route review suggestions, price-tag scanning). Rotori is not a travel agency, ticket seller, or booking platform — no flight, hotel, or tour purchase happens inside the app.
Information such as ticket sale windows, travel times, dietary/restaurant suitability, and price comparisons is estimated or sourced from third parties and may change. Rotori does not guarantee this information is current; verify anything critical to your trip (ticket purchases, visas, vaccinations, entry requirements) with official sources.
Rotori Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) sold through the Apple App Store. The price is the localized amount shown by the store and is displayed clearly at the point of purchase.
If you purchased Rotori Pro on a previous device or account, you can restore it using "Restore Purchases" in the app. An Apple subscription is linked to only one Rotori account at a time.
What Rotori Pro includes is listed in the app and on the pricing section of this site; the scope may change over time, and if a meaningful reduction occurs, existing subscribers keep the current scope until the end of their billing period.
Subscription cancellation happens through Apple — Rotori cannot issue subscription refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's own refund policy applies.
You may use Rotori only for lawful purposes. You must not reverse-engineer the app, overload it through automated/bulk access (scraping, bots), or attempt to bypass server-side quotas and security controls.
The Rotori app, its design, itinerary-generation algorithms, and content belong to Rotori. Plan data you create (your city/date/note selections) is yours; you may share it with others via a share link.
Rotori is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Rotori is not liable for indirect damages arising from your travel decisions (a missed ticket window, an inaccurate route estimate, a third-party service outage, etc.). This clause does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms from time to time; you'll be notified in-app of any material change. The current version always lives on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. This is supplementary to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (Apple EULA); if the two conflict, this page and the Privacy Policy take precedence.
